BERCHANCE Intelligent was founded in 2011, with its headquarters in Panyu, Guangzhou. It is a national high-tech enterprise certified by the Chinese government. The company operates under a “1 headquarters 3 bases” structure, with manufacturing bases in Lechang (Guangdong), Kunming (Yunnan), and Baotou (Inner Mongolia). The company holds a Class D pressure vessel manufacturing and design license, and is qualified to undertake atmospheric pressure and medium-to-low pressure vessels with a design pressure of less than 10MPa. It can also customize GMP-compliant sanitary-grade equipment and non-standard pressure vessels according to customer requirements. In terms of manufacturing capability, BERCHANCE Intelligent is equipped with deep penetration welding machines, plasma welding machines, TIG welding machines, automatic TIG welding machines, laser welding machines, and robotic automatic welding equipment, capable of meeting the welding needs of various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and PTFE-lined steel. It also has forming equipment including four-roll and three-roll plate bending machines, with a maximum plate bending thickness of 16mm. Additionally, it possesses precision machining equipment such as gantry machining centers, five-sided machining centers, CNC lathes, large horizontal lathes, and laser cutting machines, providing high-precision machining support for key components of various equipment. In terms of inspection capability, BERCHANCE Intelligent is equipped with advanced inspection equipment such as X-ray flaw detectors (RT), digital ultrasonic flaw detectors (UT), helium mass spectrometer leak detectors, and roughness testers. 100% non-destructive testing (RT/UT) is performed on critical pressure-bearing welds to ensure the absence of internal defects such as porosity, slag inclusions, and lack of fusion. Helium mass spectrometer leak detection can identify minute leaks, meeting the requirements for high-seal equipment. Welding records are fully traceable, and the quality assurance system is comprehensive. In terms of qualifications and certifications, BERCHANCE Intelligent has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise. The company holds ASME certification, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certifications, and has obtained a pressure vessel manufacturing license, a design license, and a special equipment production license. Products comply with CE standards, meeting the technical requirements for export to the European market.
